Ivan Lavlinski brings specialized expertise in space systems and satellite communications to NexAI. His educational background includes a Master of Business in Commercial Enterprise in Space and a Master of Science in Space Systems from Florida Institute of Technology, providing him with both technical knowledge and business acumen in space-related ventures.

His professional experience includes working more than 7 years as a Ground Systems Engineer for NASA GOES Program. He has also worked as a Space Systems Engineer at Honeywell Goddard NASA facility, establishing his connection to the space agency. This experience, combined with his work with Machine Learning and AI Integration, has given him valuable insights into space operations and integration of AI into engineering processes.

At NexAI, Ivan leverages his expertise in space systems, systems engineering, and AI engineering to drive innovation in prototype development and engineering consultation. His technical skills in project management and data science toolset complement the team's capabilities in data analysis and innovative system architecture.

Dr. Irma Aracely Quispe Neira

Senior Astronautical Engineer & NASA Veteran

Dr. Quispe Neira brings over 13 years of experience in space operations at NASA, where she made history as the first Latin-American woman to lead three major NASA missions: the Tropical Rainfall Measurement Mission, the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, and the James Webb Space Telescope project.

As a Senior Flight Systems Operations Engineer for the James Webb Space Telescope, she dedicated five years to the pre-launch stage, played a pivotal role in its historic launch, and currently leads a team of engineers in the Space Flight and Operations Center. Her contributions earned her NASA's Outstanding Achievement Award in 2023.

Dr. Quispe Neira holds seven academic degrees, including a Doctorate of Science focused on communications security in GPS Satellites, a Master's in Aeronautical Engineering, and specialized training in Geospatial Intelligence. Her research experience includes analyzing deglaciation patterns using satellite imagery, demonstrating her ability to extract valuable insights from complex data.

At NexAI, Dr. Quispe Neira leads engineering consultation services and contributes significantly to the prototype-to-product development pipeline, bringing the same rigor and excellence that defined her NASA career.

Machine Learning Engineer & AI Specialist

Ivan Bolelov is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with 6 years of specialized experience across various ML domains. His background includes building antifraud systems, developing speech recognition algorithms using deep learning, creating ad tech solutions, and most recently, working with recommendation systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).

With previous experience at industry giants Microsoft and Yandex, Ivan brings enterprise-level AI implementation expertise to NexAI. His educational background combines a Master's degree in Fundamental Mathematics and Mechanics from Lomonosov Moscow State University with specialized training in Computer Science from The Yandex School of Data Analysis, providing him with both theoretical depth and practical application skills.

At NexAI, Ivan leads the AI/ML integration initiatives, leveraging his extensive skills in Python, SQL, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI. His expertise in modern AI technologies, including LLMs, positions NexAI at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge solutions for business challenges.
